Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Please clean the chicken.

Add the right amount of water, trimmed chicken, onion, green onion, and tripe tea bag and bring to a boil.
STEP 3/6
We prepare nurungji separately. I made it using a rice cooker. It was easy when I set it up as a nurungji course.
STEP 4/6
After making sure the chicken is cooked well, remove the tea bag, onion, green onion, and chicken together.

After scavenging, add a little salt, add nurungji and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
