Charcoal grilled saury, braised saury
Saury is the most delicious when you eat it with braised and grilled fish. If you cook it once in a pan and add boiled soy sauce, it's crispy on the outside and the kids really like it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Two unsalted mackerel pike are covered with flour, dust off the excess powder, and fry it in a heated pan, sprinkling raw rosemary on the fish to help remove the fishy smell.

When the saury is fully cooked, put 1 tablespoon of grain syrup, half a tablespoon of Joseon soy sauce, and a thinly sliced ginger in a pan and boil it for a while over low heat.

Grill salted saury on grill. It would be nice if there was charcoal fire, but they grilled it on the gas.
