sweet and sour garlic pickles
I made pickled garlic. Although it takes a long time to store, there is no side dish like this especially in summer when you put garlic pickles in it.

Ingredients
  • Garlic

  • Vinegar
    400ml
  • thick soy sauce
    90ml
  • Vinegar
    110ml
  • Sugar
    50ml
  • Water
    250ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Peel the garlic, wash it clean, drain it, pour vinegar, and let it soak at room temperature for 10 days.
STEP 2/3
Remove only the garlic from the vinegar and put it in a container and boil and pour 90ml of soy sauce, 110ml of vinegar, 50ml of sugar, and 250ml of water. After 5 days, boil it again after pouring soy sauce and repeat after 5 days.
STEP 3/3
The sweet and crunchy garlic pickles are done.
The amount varies depending on the size of garlic and the salinity of soy sauce. Taste and adjust to taste.
