STEP 1/6
Wash fruits clean and slice them thinly.
STEP 2/6
Put the fruit in the prepared container and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar evenly. Add a bit of lemon juice. Measure the sugar and sprinkle it Then leave it at room temperature for a while until the sugar dissolves. The reason why I leave it at room temperature is that the juice comes out better, so if you put in wine right away, you can turn it around.
STEP 3/6
Please prepare a white wine with less sweetness. I saw some mini wine bottles because they are cute these days. I use it often because it has a small capacity, is easy to eat right away, and is easy to use for cooking. I made it using Majuang and yellowtail white wine.
STEP 4/6
Pour in the wine and pour in the coffee. The combination of wine and coffee is 2:1.
STEP 5/6
Pour 200ml of cider in advance, seal it, and leave it in the refrigerator for a day.
STEP 6/6
Pour some ice and 300ml of cider before tasting it and it's done!
It tastes better if you use coffee beans extracted using a press machine or mocha pot. If you want to use it conveniently, you can use instant coffee beans. You don't have to add a lot of fruits. You can add 2 or 3 kinds. Instead, add lemon and orange as much as possible ~ That way, it tastes better. If you don't have lemon, add lemon juice instead.
