Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces and marinate it in Cheongju and Herb Salt for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Mix and prepare all ingredients except Nochu.
STEP 3/6
Boil the stew in a pan.
STEP 4/6
Add the marinated pork belly.
STEP 5/6
When it shrinks in the sauce, add the nochu at the end and mix.
STEP 6/6
Mix the chicory with salt and olive oil, put the chicory on a plate, and add the braised audio layer.
Instead of chicory, you can use vegetables such as chives and perilla leaves as much as you want.
