Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, put the glutinous rice powder on a sieve and prepare it. And you can put the corresponding ingredients.
For plain soy milk shaved ice rice cake, mix plain soy milk with glutinous rice flour. I didn't put a lot of soy milk because I used the mill glutinous rice powder. However, if you use commercially available glutinous rice flour, adjust the amount of soy milk and sugar to your liking.
STEP 2/4
Mix black bean & black sesame soy milk shaved ice rice cake with sugar in glutinous rice flour and mix with black bean & black sesame soy milk. Add the dough until it drips.
STEP 3/4
Microwave the dough for 2 minutes, then place the dough in a bowl of starch with water or oil on a spoon and shape it into a long shape, quickly coating it with starch. The long dough is completed by cutting it into appropriate sizes with a scraper or knife and applying starch powder evenly so that it does not stick to each other.
STEP 4/4
Mix bokbunja bingsu rice cake and omija bingsu rice cake with bokbunja juice and omija cheong, respectively, in glutinous rice powder that has been sifted. And as described above, you can microwave it and knead it.
