Making Braised Potatoes
I think it's time for potatoes to come out. When I went to the traditional market, there were a lot of potatoes. It was boiled potatoes that my mother often made when I was young.. My kids don't like to eat it because it's boiled down to the skin. Nampyo and I make boiled potatoes with my side dishes.

    500g
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Honey
    2spoon
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Bottled water
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin. The amount shown in the picture is about 800g, of which 500g is used.
STEP 2/6
Add enough water to cover the potato and boil it..
STEP 3/6
If the potatoes are boiled, pour out the water. I didn't have to pour water because the potatoes boiled down. If you have a lot of water, you can pour it out and boil it down with soy sauce.
STEP 4/6
The amount you see now is about 500g. Please add 2 seasoned soy sauce to this.. You can control the amount of soy sauce.
STEP 5/6
I added honey for a bit of sweetness. You can replace it with grain syrup, starch syrup, sugar, etc.
STEP 6/6
Reduce heat to low and simmer until seasoning is cut. Lastly, cut a refreshing pepper and add sesame oil, and the boiled potatoes are cooked with spicy, savory, and fluffy..
