Stir-fried grasshopper with garlic
This is stir-fried grasshopper garlic stem that supplements the vitamin deficiency by adding grasshopper to the crunchy garlic stem.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut Pulchi into 3-4 centimeters long pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 2/8
Prepare garlic stems by cutting them into 4 centimeters long.
STEP 3/8
Stir in a large amount of water and dissolve it well, then add the trimmed garlic stems and marinate for 30 minutes.

Blanch the garlic stems slightly with a little salt in boiling water.
STEP 5/8
Cool immediately in cold water and sieve ready.

Prepare Pulchi by frying it in a heated frying pan.

Add the sauce (sesame oil and sesame seeds later) to the pan and simmer slightly. When it's boiled down to a certain extent, mix it with glue and stir-fry it with garlic stems.
