Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut Pulchi into 3-4 centimeters long pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 2/8
Prepare garlic stems by cutting them into 4 centimeters long.
STEP 3/8
Stir in a large amount of water and dissolve it well, then add the trimmed garlic stems and marinate for 30 minutes.

Blanch the garlic stems slightly with a little salt in boiling water.

Cool immediately in cold water and sieve ready.
