STEP 1/3
First, take out the butter (85g) at room temperature, prepare it soft, and cream it with a whisk. When butter-creaming is complete, add sugar (110g) and mix until sugar does not creak. And for the egg(1), mix it in 3-4 times, sift the flour(150g) and baking powder(2g), and add almond powder(30g) either sift or not... I just put it in. Then stand the spatula and mix the powder in the shape of #, add the chocolate chip (60g) and mix it in moderation, and the dough is done!
STEP 2/3
When the dough is complete, pan it into a proper size. The cookie swells as it bakes, so please leave a space in the picture above After baking it, it didn't stick to each other, but it was pretty close Please make sure there's at least that much space Then bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, looking at the color. Cookies get hard especially if they go overboard, so you can take them out while looking at the fire. When you bake cookies, it's better to be soft when you take them out of the oven. It gets hard as it cools. I just took it out of the oven and they say the cookies are soft, and if you bake them more, you'll see a stone-like cookie. If it's soft, let it cool enough Then you'll see a cookie with a crunchy texture.
STEP 3/3
I grilled it like this I grilled 3 times in total What you see in the picture is that there are plenty of cookies made from my dough.
If you don't mix the eggs separately, they will separate from the butter, so mix them separately. If you beat the flour for a long time, gluten will form and become chewy, so mix the powder as few times as possible for the rusty texture of the cookie.
