Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Gently beat butter at room temperature. Add sugar and salt little by little and mix.
STEP 2/4
Add eggs and oligosaccharides about 3 times and whisk until no sugar particles are felt. Add the milk at room temperature and mix.
STEP 3/4
Sift together flour, green tea powder and baking powder. Divide the red bean paste into 20g pieces and make a circle.
STEP 4/4
Place dough about half way into mold and top with red bean paste. Add the dough to 80% of the mold and bake it for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees!
