Cooking Steps

Prepare beef sirloin by cutting it more than 1.5cm thick for steak. Sprinkle the beef with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper and let it marinate for more than 2 hours. If you pat the beef with the back of the knife in advance, you can eat it lighter.

Shall we prepare the sauce now? Blend cranberries, extra-vergine olive oil, and Dijon mustard in a blender well. The dry cranberries are not completely hard-dried, so they don't grind very finely.

Now, make sauce step 2~ Put balsamic vinegar, red wine, and sugar in a pot with thick bottom and sides. Heat over medium heat and reduce to low heat when it starts to boil. The amount of sauce is reduced by about half, and when you put it on a spoon, it's done.

Peel the outer skin slightly with a knife and divide it into two parts, cut the eggplant diagonally to the right thickness, and trim the bok choy and blanch it slightly in boiling salt water.
