Blanch the soaked seaweed in boiling water, rinse it in cold water, and squeeze the water out
Cut it to 1cm length, please. Please parboil frozen cocktail shrimp, too.
If you don't have shrimp, you can skip it or use premium crab sticks. Put the ingredients in the refrigerator for a while and let it cool.
