Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
In a bowl of strong flour, place sugar, salt and instant dry yeast out of contact with each other, add water, knead for about 5 minutes, and make a clean lump. Add butter at room temperature and knead until smooth.
STEP 2/6
Add the chopped walnuts and knead for about 3 minutes until well blended. Roll the dough and first ferment for 1 hour.
STEP 3/6
Remove the gas from the dough, circle again, and let it ferment for 15 minutes. Push the dough with a rolling pin to drain the gas and connect both ends together in the middle.
STEP 4/6
Roll it up from the bottom. Hold it tightly with your hands so that the joints don't come loose.
STEP 5/6
Place seam in bread pan to bottom and gently press dough with back of hand. Second fermentation for 40 to 45 minutes and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

The nutty walnut bread is done.
