Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put flour, sugar powder, salt, and cold butter in a cutter and heat for 10 to 15 seconds, add egg yolk and milk and mix together
STEP 2/7
Cover dough with plastic or plastic wrap, rest in refrigerator for 1 hour, and roll dough to 0.4cm thick
STEP 3/7
Place dough close to pan, dip bottom with fork, bake in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, add milk and vanilla bean in pot and bring to a boil
STEP 4/7
Place egg yolks and sugar in a bowl, whisk until bright, pour milk, mix well, sieve, and boil over medium heat, stirring with whisk
STEP 5/7
When thick, turn off the heat, cool, and whip the whipped cream with sugar
STEP 6/7
Add cream cheese and mix gently and add custard cream over cooled tarts.
STEP 7/7
Fill a piping bag with a round pod with cream cheese cream, squeeze it over the custard cream, and decorate it with strawberries cut into the desired shape.
