  • Butter

  • Parmesan cheese powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Place flour, sugar, butter, parmesan cheese powder, cheddar slice cheese, baking powder in a cutter and roll for 15 seconds, then add plain yogurt and roll until dough is somewhat lumpy.
STEP 2/3
Place the dough in a plastic or wrap, rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, push the dough to 2cm thick, and shape it with a circular cutter.
STEP 3/3
Pan the dough at intervals, apply egg water to the surface, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
