Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Place sugar, salt, instant dry yeast, and green tea powder in a bowl of strong flour at intervals, coat the powder with strong flour so that it does not touch each other, then add egg yolk and milk and knead for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add butter and knead until smooth, 8-10 minutes.
STEP 2/5
After rounding the dough, perform the first fermentation for 1 hour, and after the first fermentation, round the dough about 40g each, and then perform the intermediate fermentation for 15 minutes.
STEP 3/5
During intermediate fermentation, divide the red bean paste by 20g and roll the dough with a rolling pin or hand.
STEP 4/5
Place the red bean paste on top of the dough and close the dough tightly with your hands so that the ends do not loosen.
STEP 5/5
2nd fermentation for 10 minutes and place dough in preheated waffle pan or waffle maker and bake until golden brown.
