Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Raisin fermented species take out raisins and use only liquid.Soak dried fruits in rum or water beforehand.
STEP 2/4
Mix and beat dough ingredients except butter, then add butter and beat again when the surface is smooth. Cut the first fermented dough into 3 pieces for 1 hour, and then let it ferment for 15 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin or hand.Put dried fruits and walnuts on the dough, roll them up, and hold them tightly with your hands to prevent the joints from bursting.
STEP 4/4
After the second fermentation for 45 minutes, make cuts and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
