  • Salt

  • grape seed oil

Cooking Steps

Wash cucumbers with salt.
STEP 2/5
Cut the washed cucumber into a round shape about 0.3cm thick.

Mix sliced cucumbers with salt (1+1/2ts) and marinate for 10 to 13 minutes.

If the cucumber is well salted, rinse it slightly in water and squeeze the water using a cloth.

Chop the garlic and chop the green onions. Heat the pan and cover with oil, then stir-fry quickly over high heat with pickled cucumbers, pine nuts, and minced garlic. Lastly, add perilla oil and sesame seeds, remove from the heat, spread them out in a wide bowl, and cool them down.
