Braised pork meatballs
I ate it once as a side dish, and the next day, I put it between rice cake skewers and made it into a snack, and they ate it better. The rice cake skewer sauce is made of the same thing. It's a good food to feed growing children with protein and various vegetables, so try making it. It was better because the children ate well.

Cooking Steps

Please chop up various vegetables at home. I have onions, green peppers, and carrots, so I chopped them up and put them in. Please prepare minced pork, too. Usually, braised meatballs are made of beef, but pork is softer and more delicious.

Grease a heated frying pan with a little grape seed oil and stir-fry chopped onions. In a large bowl, add minced pork, stir-fried onions, minced carrots, minced green peppers, bread crumbs, salt and pepper powder. Add an egg and beat it well.

Shape dough into round balls about 2cm in diameter. I made it a little smaller because I will cook the frying pan on low heat without frying it. Place enough grape seed oil in a Dalgwon frying pan and bake meatballs over low heat until golden brown. Add more oil than usual when frying, as you need to cook the insides thoroughly so that they don't burn. Tilt the frying pan to one side to collect oil and bake the meatballs to feel like they are frying slightly.

Please prepare the sauce. Surprisingly, red pepper paste, sweet chili sauce, and tomato ketchup go well together. When they make rice cake skewers, they use this sauce, and the children really like it.

Add cooked meatballs, portions of sauce and water to a pan and simmer. You can boil it down until the sauce is ready.

    First of all, it's. I'm not good at mincing vegetables, and it took more than 30 minutes to cook them evenly over low heat, so it took about an hour and a half in total.. But it's really good I didn't have bread crumbs at home, so I roughly put in a small amount of frying powder. It didn't matter much. It's my first time making meatballs, and it's hard to make them round because it's fried powder or if there wasn't enough meat. I made it into a triangular kimbap after baking it in many ways.LOL. But it's still good, so five stars. It's the best to handle minced meat. I had a hard time making it, so I wanted to do it this time, but now that I'm eating it, I want to make it again.
