You can put the pickled plum in the storage container and put it in the refrigerator. In summer, mold will form if left at room temperature, so please let it ripen in the refrigerator unless you add 100% sugar concentration. After 3 months, you can mix the pickled plum with red pepper paste. Even if you eat it as it is, it's very delicious because it's crunchy.
