Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut pork into thumbnail sizes and prepare with chopped onions. You can cut it into smaller pieces.

Add the ingredients and mix in the seasoning.

Add seasoning to pork and mix well, then refrigerate for more than 30 minutes.

Stir-fry meat in a heated pan surrounded by cooking oil. If you cook it over high heat, the seasoning will burn, so when the pan is heated enough, add the meat and stir-fry it on medium or low heat.

Boil the sweet vinegar ingredients until the sugar dissolves, put them in hot rice, and mix them with steam. If you add sweet vinegar water, the rice will be less rested, so if you're lazy, just add sesame oil and mix it.

Add the stir-fried spicy pork to the rice and wrap it well, then make a triangle and roll the seaweed. If you have a triangle gimbap frame, use it. If you don't have it, it doesn't matter if you make it round. If it's hard to put it inside, you can just add stir-fried spicy pork and mix the rice to make it round.
