Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Stir-fry anchovies in a heated pot and blow away the smell. Add radish, kelp, and water and boil over high heat.
STEP 2/5
When the water boils again, boil it over medium heat for about 3 minutes and then remove the kelp and anchovies. Remove the foam.

Roll out the kelp and slice it thinly.
STEP 4/5
Add the jumbo shrimp to the prepared water and when it boils, add the red pepper powder, cheongju, ginger, and soy sauce and boil over medium heat for another 3 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Add bean sprouts, minced garlic, and when the bean sprouts are cooked to a certain extent, add peppers, green onions, and kelp, remove the foam, and season with salt, and add crown daisy to flavor.
