Jajangmyeon
April 14th, today is Black Day to eat black food. I think jajangmyeon is the food that I enjoy the most on Black Bean Noodles. It's Black Day when single people eat black food, but is there a way to eat black food because it's single? On Black Day, let's have a happy Black Day with delicious black bean noodles at home

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Please prepare pork separately from the meat.
STEP 2/11
Please prepare various vegetables in cubes.
STEP 3/11
In a heated pan, stir-fry the pork first. Do you know why the original jajangmyeon is made of pork beige?
STEP 4/11
When the pork beige is done, add the lean meat, season with pepper and salt, and stir-fry.
STEP 5/11
Add the potatoes and stir-fry them one more time.
STEP 6/11
Add vegetables except broccoli and stir-fry them
STEP 7/11
When all the vegetables are stir-fried, pour enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil. When the ingredients are cooked, add the jajang sauce. Yekko put it in with a stick, so you can put in powdered jajang sauce or chunjang.
STEP 8/11
When it's done, turn off the heat and add a little honey or oligosaccharide to make it even better. Add the prepared broccoli and stir it once to complete the sauce.
STEP 9/11
I used commercial raw noodles for jajangmyeon. If you add raw noodles, it's very simple, but it tastes good, too
STEP 10/11
Boil raw noodles in boiling water and hang in cold water to remove moisture and prepare.
STEP 11/11
Put jajang sauce on the noodles and put cucumber and egg on top to complete the delicious jajangmyeon.
I think jajangmyeon tastes better when it's greasy. First, you can stir-fry the pork and then add the meat and stir-fry the hard vegetables with a cart.
