Plain tofu and Korean pancakes
I ate it with the seasonal vegetables, Dallae, on top of my usual tofu pancake.

  • Dallae (meaning 'dallae')
    suitably
  • thick soy sauce

  • Sesame oil
    1/2TS
  • Oligosaccharide
    1TS
  • olive oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu into appropriate sizes and drain on kitchen towels..
STEP 2/5
I preheated the pan first, put olive oil on it, and then put tofu on it.
STEP 3/5
Cut the tofu into green eyes, which are golden brown, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/5
Add 2Ts of soy sauce, 1Ts of oligosaccharide, and 1/2Ts of sesame oil to make the sauce.
STEP 5/5
Put the golden-roasted tofu neatly and put the sauce on top. And sprinkle some dallae and it's done.
