Cut tofu into appropriate sizes and drain on kitchen towels..

I preheated the pan first, put olive oil on it, and then put tofu on it.

Cut the tofu into green eyes, which are golden brown, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add 2Ts of soy sauce, 1Ts of oligosaccharide, and 1/2Ts of sesame oil to make the sauce.
