Making tofu kimchi
It's a tofu kimchi making that's good for chestnuts and side dishes.

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Red pepper

  • leek

  • ground pepper

  • Agave syrup

  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Mix the ground garlic well with the prepared pork.

Add a bit of pepper and mix well.
STEP 3/11
Add this amount of seasoning to the meat and let it marinate for a while while preparing other ingredients.

Put tofu in boiling water and blanch it once.

Cut the prepared kimchi into small pieces and add agave syrup.

Add oligosaccharide and stir-fry as much as you want.

Stir-fry it well after tossing it a couple of times.

Add seasoned meat and stir-fry.

If the color is too light, add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder.

You can just cut the tofu comfortably. I was making shapes, so I made shapes with cookies.

When the meat and kimchi are fried to a certain extent, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry them. You just have to fry the vegetables until they're slightly.
