STEP 1/6
Add chicken, pour water, and add the broth ingredients to your liking. It started boiling, so I boiled it on medium to low heat for about 40 to 50 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Put the chicken on top of the sauce and make it beforehand. Blanch the taro in boiling water slightly, or wash it twice with hot water and leave it in cold water for about 30 minutes.Blanch oyster mushrooms slightly in boiling water and mix in half of the sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stir-fry oyster mushroom and taro, stir-fry chicken meat in the sauce, and add about 8 cups of filtered broth.
