A different grilled mackerel salad
When you make salad, do you usually fry chicken or grill steak and use it for salad? Last time, I grilled mackerel and ate it with geotjeori, and it was so delicious.. So today, I'm going to eat mackerel..I baked it crispy and made grilled mackerel salad with vegetables.

Cooking Steps

Wash vegetables in cold water and drain.
