Put the washed red beans in the pot. Pour enough water to soak the red beans (2.5 to 3 times the red beans), and boil over medium heat until the water boils down to a small amount.

Throw away the remaining water in the pot, pour 4 to 5 times the water of the red beans, and bring to a boil over medium heat. When the water is reduced by half, lower the heat to low and bring to a boil.

If the water is half-soaked, add sugar, oligosaccharide, cinnamon powder and salt and stir lightly

Bring to a boil over low heat until the water boils to a low boiling point.
If you stir red beans too long or hard, the eggs will get lumpy, so stir them quickly and lightly.
