Put seaweed in a bowl of plenty of water and shake it to wash. Wash while picking out sand and foreign substances.

Remove the washed seaweed from the strainer and squeeze the water lightly.

Wash oysters lightly in salt water, drain and prepare.

Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry oysters. If you fry oysters with sesame oil, it doesn't smell like the sea. Stir-fry the oysters until they are almost cooked.

Bring bottled water to a boil in a pot. I don't need broth. If you just add bottled water, it becomes a cool seaweed soup.

When it starts to boil, add seaweed and soy sauce and bring to a boil. You have to season it with soy sauce.
STEP 7/7
Remove the foam and season with the last salt.
Don't forget to turn off the heat when it boils.
You'd better not add garlic.
The reason is that Maesaeng is to save Ko Yu-hyang. If you fry oysters with sesame oil, it removes the fishy smell of the sea.
