First, chop the onion and garlic finely.

Pour olive oil over the pan and top with onions.

Add garlic and stir-fry a lot until it dies.

Thinly spread balsamic pizza sauce on a pizza sheet, cover with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Marinate sirloin with salt, pepper and olive oil for about 10 minutes while baking.

Grill it, please. The point is to cook it medium.

Peel the tangerine and remove the thin tangerine thread on the edge. You can use tomatoes instead of tangerines.

Add 1 teaspoon of mustard to the remaining half of the sauce and mix well.

Spread spinach mixed with balsamic sauce and cut the medium-baked sirloin into bite-size pieces and add toppings. Spinach sirloin steak pizza is completed if you add tangerines on top of the well-cooked pizza. Originally, the sirloin steak pizza I ate used Lucola or Letters as vegetables... I bought spinach at home, so I used the soft leaves, and it became a pizza that looked and tasted good.
