Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut each ingredient into 4cm long pieces. Grease a heated pan with oil and stir-fry chicken breast. Season it with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry the washed shiitake mushrooms. Mix the fried chicken breast and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry oyster sauce, curry powder, and sugar in chicken breast and shiitake, then add chives to finish.
STEP 4/5
Place the spring roll in a diamond shape. Place stir-fried chicken breast vegetables in the center. And fold it down -> up as shown in the picture.
STEP 5/5
Roll up the rolled spring roll and stick the ends with water.
