STEP 1/12
Take out the seeds in the middle of 300g of apples and cut them into small and not too big. Slice and prepare decorative apples. (The miru apple is eco-friendly, so I just cut it up. You know that apples are more nutritious when you eat them without hesitation, right?
STEP 2/12
Beat in the eggs.
STEP 3/12
Add sugar and salt to eggs and mix until melted.
STEP 4/12
Add cinnamon powder to this and mix. Add cinnamon powder to taste. I personally like it, so I put in a lot.
STEP 5/12
Put the apple juice in here. It becomes a deeper apple-flavored cake with apple juice. If you don't have it, please add milk.
STEP 6/12
Put the sliced apples in here and let it boil for a while. About 3 minutes
STEP 7/12
Add walnuts and sifted powder to the soaked apples and mix about 1/2 times.
STEP 8/12
Add grape seed oil to half-mixed dough and mix.
STEP 9/12
Place the dough in a parchment mold.
STEP 10/12
Place sliced apples on top of the dough and decorate the middle with walnuts. Please put maple syrup on it. (If you don't have maple syrup, add sugar: water=2:1 and leave this out if you don't want to.) And bake it at 180 for 45 to 50 minutes. (I covered it with foil around 23 minutes and finished baking it)
STEP 11/12
Delicious apple cake is here. I didn't look at the top, but I covered the foil late and got a little tanned. But it's still a delicious apple cake.
STEP 12/12
I'm going to eat a piece. There are lots of apples in between. An apple cake that is more nutritious with a pinch of salt. Maybe it's because I added apple juice, but I could feel the stronger taste. When you take a bite, it's full of apple scent. You can also enjoy the chewing taste of walnuts, so it's an apple cake full of good cinnamon scent and apple flavor, so you can have a fun tea time.
