I used an earthen pot for two to three people. Put 2/3 of the water in an earthen pot, add a handful of bean sprouts, cover it, and boil it. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Take out the bean sprouts and season them.

Boil the seasoned bean sprouts in the broth. When the soup starts to boil, season it with salted shrimp and a little bit of salted shrimp. We don't season bean sprout rice soup separately. Salted shrimp is enough for seasoning.

Season with salted shrimp, and when the soup starts to boil, add rice slightly less than the amount of the soup (about 2/3).

And if the rice and soup are mixed to some extent, put in minced garlic, red pepper, chopped green onion, egg, sesame salt, and sesame oil in order and turn off the heat.
