Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put anchovies and kelp for soup into 5 cups of water to make a thick broth. I think about 15 minutes will be enough. If you add a little bit of rice wine or mirin, the fishy taste goes away.
STEP 2/7
Remove the ingredients and put only the clear broth in a pot. When the broth boils, add dumplings.
STEP 3/7
When the soup with dumplings boils, add soy sauce.
STEP 4/7
Chop the onions and put them in. When you add onions, it has a sweet taste and it also relieves the fishy taste.
STEP 5/7
Add minced garlic.
STEP 6/7
Add salt and pepper to season and add green onion and red pepper.
STEP 7/7
Add beaten eggs just before turning off the heat. You have to put the eggs late so that they don't get tangled a lot and you can eat them gently.
