Put milk, egg yolk -> sugar, salt -> strong flour, gravitational flour -> yeast into the baking machine and butter about 15 minutes after starting the dough to complete the dough. Order the completed dough in a warm place for 1 hour of the first fermentation.

Grease the parchment paper very lightly, place the dough on it, and let it ferment for 30 to 40 minutes in a warm place.
