I bought a chicken wing, removed the tip of the wing, and cut it with wings and rods.

Add cuts to the wings, season with salt and pepper, marinate for about 30 minutes, and cook in a pan or grill until golden brown.

Wash the sweet pumpkin clean, divide it into quarters, cut out the seeds, and slice it thickly.

Wash the kelp clean and put it in a pot and boil it with water. When the kelp soup is sufficiently seasoned, remove the kelp and filter the soup cleanly.

Put cooking oil on a heated pan and stir-fry sliced whole garlic and red pepper, pour kelp stock, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon starch syrup, and a little salt to season and boil.

When the sauce boils, add the sweet pumpkin and golden roasted chicken wings and boil it until the soup is thick. When the soup becomes thick, add sliced onions and add soy sauce, starch syrup, and a little more art to season it and cook it to make it glossy. Lastly, put a little bit of sesame oil and put it down on the heat to make braised sweet pumpkin chicken wings.
