STEP 1/11
Put eggs, sugar, salt, and oil in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 2/11
Add sifted flour and mix it with a spatula.
STEP 3/11
Add sesame seeds or sweet pumpkin and mix. You can sift powder such as 100 years old powder or green tea powder together when you sift flour.
STEP 4/11
If the sesame seeds are mixed well as shown in the picture, put them in a zipper bag, rest in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes, and then push the thickness to a constant level.
STEP 5/11
Left clockwise is green tea, basic, 100 years old, sweet pumpkin, and sesame paste.
STEP 6/11
Cut the dough into similar widths with a knife. If you want to cut the dough easily, put it in the freezer and cut it with a knife.
STEP 7/11
You can cut it with a knife and bake it in that state, but since the Pepero snack has edges, roll it slightly with your hands and make the edges round.
STEP 8/11
Pan one at a time and bake at 170 for 15 minutes.
STEP 9/11
Then, a colorful Pepero stick is completed. About 30 to 35 Pepero sticks are made for each batter
STEP 10/11
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with water. There's also a way to melt chocolate in a microwave. If you melt it in a microwave oven, the chocolate can burn if you let your guard down. I recommend you to melt it safely in medium heat. And when melting, water should not go into the chocolate. Melt in a high container.
STEP 11/11
Spread melted chocolate evenly on the Pepero stick and roll over crushed almonds or strawberry dices. When you harden the Pepero, you can harden it on the heritage site.
