Please cook rice first. I'm going to make spam sushi, so I added a lot. You can add a piece of kelp to a cup of rice as long as the egg rolls. The picture above is twice the size. If you make rice for sushi or kimbap with kelp, it has more gloss and tastes better. You need to make it a little old, so please add less water. Let's make rolled omelet until the rice is ready

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add sugar 1 and mix well with a whisk, and strain through a sieve to remove the laces. I'm number two.

In a pan slightly covered with olive oil, divide the egg mixture into three times and make a thick egg roll. Pat the sides in between to shape the shape.

This is the rolled omelet after plastic surgery. It's much smoother, right?? Cut the rolled omelet into thick pieces to make it easy to eat.

When the rice is ready, add 1 sesame oil, 1 sesame seed, and 1 black sesame to 1 bowl of rice.

Wear sanitary gloves, pick up the rice in moderation, make it concave as shown in the picture, and add the red pepper paste. Close it well so that the red pepper paste doesn't come out, then put the egg roll on it, cut the seaweed, and fix it. For those who don't have weak red pepper paste, it's delicious if you stir-fry kimchi and tuna instead of weak red pepper paste!!

It's all based on a spoonful of rice.

Salt & pepper is the amount you put in by tapping it with your hand.
