Wash the chicory clean and remove the tip. Wash cucumber clean and slice thinly.

Cut the sirloin ham in half.
STEP 4/5
Roll the ham into a funnel and place on top of the chicory. Sprinkle a little honey mustard on top of the ham and top with cucumber.

Place sliced cucumber on top of it. Place cream cheese on bread.
