Cooking Steps

Pour boiling water into the sausage to remove excess fat. Cut onions and paprika into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/3
Pour a little oil into a heated pan and stir-fry the onions. Add the sausages and paprika when the onions are lightly cooked.
STEP 3/3
Add the pre-made stir-fry seasoning and stir-fry quickly. If you stir-fry it for a long time, the sausage becomes tough and the paprika's crunch disappears.
