Korean beef tenderloin curry and rice
I made it using soft tenderloin I thought soft parts would be good for children to eat, so I especially prepared Korean beef tenderloin.

Ingredients
  • Beef Tenderloin
    400g
  • Pumpkin
    1/2ea
  • King oyster mushroom
    2ea
  • Paprika
    1/2ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Garlic
    2ea
  • Curry
    100g
  • ground pepper
    little
  • olive oil
    2T
  • Water
    700cc
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut 400g with tenderloin, and cut pumpkin, saesongi, onion, and paprika. Please stand on the side of the garlic.
STEP 2/4
Grease a heated frying pan with olive oil, add garlic and beef, sprinkle with a little pepper and stir-fry.
STEP 3/4
When the meat is half cooked, add pumpkin, onion and mushroom and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
STEP 4/4
Add 700cc of water and boil it for a while, then add curry powder and stir until it melts When the curry becomes thick, add paprika and you're done!!
