Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil the ramen in boiling water. It's good to stir-fry it almost at the same time. Even if you take it out, it spreads out when it's hot and becomes sticky when it's cold, so there's a way to rinse it in cold water, but I think it's best to stir-fry it right away when it's warm.
STEP 2/4
Cut kimchi, ham, and onion into long pieces and fry them in a heated pan surrounded by oil. If you add the meat, stir-fry the meat first and then add other ingredients. The size of kimchi can be subjective, so please put it in moderation. If you put in a lot, it'll be salty.
STEP 3/4
When the kimchi is cooked properly and the onions are stir-fried to the point where it becomes transparent, add ramen and stir-fry together.

You don't have to do this. Kimchi's unique sour and spicy taste is covered with onions to some extent. But if you still want to cover it more and eat it, add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste and 1/4 tablespoon of red pepper paste to some extent. But gochujang has a slightly dry feeling, so please refer to it. If you stir-fry it in moderation, add a bit of sesame oil and finish it off.
