Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Pour water into hotteok mix and dry yeast, knead, and ferment in a warm place for 30 minutes. The mix ferments in 30 minutes.

Chop the banana, cut the pecans in moderation and mix well with honey.
STEP 3/5
Divide the fermented dough into 10 pieces, add banana and pecan mixed with honey in the middle and close well.
STEP 4/5
Grease a pan with cooking oil and place the dough on it and start baking over medium-low heat.

When the floor is golden brown, turn it over with a fritter tender and press it down with a hotteok presser to cook it until golden brown!
