Boil salt and olive oil in boiling water. Boil it for 7 to 8 minutes, and boil it in the aldante state with the center core remaining. Boil, drain and prepare. It will continue to cook when the heat is left, so if you think it will take a long time, you can rinse it slightly in cold water. Cut the vegetables and prepare them.

In a pan covered with cooking oil, cut the garlic into pieces before it is heated and flavor it. You can use minced garlic, or if you like it to be chewed, chop it into pieces.
