Heart chocolate cheese tart for Valentine's Day
It's a heart chocolate cheesecake that's good to convey your heart on Valentine's Day. To be exact, it'll be a heart-shaped chocolate cream cheese strawberry tart, but it's too long, so I shortened it. I put the leftover vanilla bean that I used to make bad juice as a decoration, sprayed pistachio, and put on a pretty, fragrant octagon.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
To make a cookie cloth, simply put all the ingredients in the processor, spin it, or whip sugar into soft butter stored at room temperature, and mix it with eggs, keep whipping, then stuffing flour and cocoa powder, and mix it with a spatula. I think it would be good to make a heart cookie with the remaining dough. Put the dough in a plastic bag and rest in the refrigerator for an hour, then push it with a rolling pin and push it to a thickness of 5mm. Cut the dough with a heart mousse mold, place it on a baking pan with parchment paper, stick it tightly around the mold, mark it with a fork, bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, and cool it down.
STEP 2/8
Mix the sugar in the soft cream cheese, add the eggs, and mix with a whisk. Add lemon juice and whipped cream orange and mix, then add melted chocolate in medium heat. I had to beat the eggs in advance and mix them little by little, but I just made them all at once.
STEP 3/8
Lightly mix the checkered cocoa powder into the dough, pour the dough into the pre-baked cookies, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cheesecake tastes better if you keep it in the refrigerator overnight after baking it. Cut the vanilla bean in half, boil it with water and sugar for a while, put the vanilla bean in fine, boil it with apricot jam, cool it down, and sprinkle it on the cut strawberry and decorate it on top of the cake. After making it, I thought that I should've put strawberries on the cake and applied Bad Ju with a brush. When bad juices touch the cake a lot, the cake becomes watery and doesn't taste like it.
STEP 4/8
I think it's good to give chocolate cheesecake baked like this with cocoa powder.
STEP 5/8
When I only put strawberries on top... Wow
STEP 6/8
There's a big difference when you decorate it with vanilla bean and pistachio.
STEP 7/8
If you cut it up, it's moist and sweet chocolate cheesecake and sweet strawberries.
STEP 8/8
It is a cheesecake baked with the remaining dough in a cup. Actually, I found this cake easier to eat and more delicious.
Store cream cheese, whipped cream, eggs, etc. at room temperature for more than an hour before making a cake. Cocoa powder is 15 cm heart frame one piece
