Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Stir-fry onions in a non-greasy pan to remove moisture. Carrots and mushrooms would taste better, but.. It's optional..
STEP 2/6
Add chopped beef (250g) to finely chopped ingredients, meat seasoning, wear sanitary gloves, and mix for about 10 minutes
STEP 3/6
Spread the sticky dough flat and.. Divide into 9 pieces
STEP 4/6
And put grape seed oil (1) on a heated pan.. Place bulgogi paddy on top, browning back and forth and place on separate plates
STEP 5/6
Cut the morning bread in half... Grill brown on a non-greasy heated pan with the sides facing down, then spread a little bit of mayonnaise
STEP 6/6
Put lettuce -> bulgogi paddy -> cheese -> chicory on top of it.. Put a little bit of pork cutlet sauce on it's.. Cover with another bread and finish.
